Daniel N. Argiros, CEO
Mr. Argiros is the Chief Executive Officer of Potentia. In 2000 he co-founded Conundrum Capital, drawing on over 15 years of experience in financial management and real estate. As founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Acanthus Real Estate Corporation, he grew that firm, between 1997 and 2000, to an asset value of over $500-million on the Toronto Stock Exchange, selling it in September 2000 to Le Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec. Prior to forming Acanthus, Mr. Argiros helmed the investment management subsidiary of Corporate Planning Associates, from 1988 to 1997. Mr. Argiros began his career with the national accounting firm, Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in 1985, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Toronto. He obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant the following year. Mr. Argiros is a Director and Past President of ProAction, Cops and Kids.

Richard W. Dainard, CFO
Mr. Dainard is the Chief Financial Officer of Potentia. As a co-founder of Conundrum Capital, he holds over twenty years of experience in corporate financial management. Before co-founding Conundrum Capital in November 2000, Mr. Dainard served as Chief Financial Officer of Acanthus Real Estate. His prior experience also includes the positions of Controller and Senior Vice President of Finance at Journey's End Corporation. Mr. Dainard, a Chartered Accountant, began his career with Thorne Riddell in 1983, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen's University.

Chris Asimakis, President
Mr. Asimakis is the President of Potentia Energy. He joined the company in June 2008 with 26 years of management experience in the energy sector. Prior to joining Potentia, Mr. Asimakis was the Chief Operating Officer at Enwave Energy Corporation, where he successfully oversaw the construction and commissioning of Enwave's flagship, $230 million renewable energy project, Deep Lake Water Cooling. During his time at Enwave, he implemented strategies and business processes that resulted in $800 million of new sales. Prior to joining Enwave Mr. Asimakis was General Manager of Key Account Sales and Engineering, at Toronto Hydro Energy Services. Mr. Asimakis holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He is currently the Chair of the Board for Green$aver and previously served on the Toronto Board of Trade’s Energy Task Force, Building Owner and Managers Energy Committee and the editorial committee for the International District Energy Association.

Nigel Etherington, P. Eng., COO
Mr. Etherington is the Chief Operating Officer of Potentia. He joined Conundrum Capital to launch Potentia Energy in 2007. He began his career at Ontario Hydro in 1978 before pursuing graduate studies and working as technical consultant with PA Technology in the UK. In 1989, he joined McKinsey & Company to serve Fortune 500 companies on a range of top management strategy and operations improvement initiatives. He left in 1997, to become COO of VERSUS Technology, leading the technology operations and development teams, including launching the first Canadian on-line broker, E*Trade Canada. In 2000, he was recruited by Fidelity Canada to be the Managing Director of its new Intermediary Services Company from concept to a successful service launch as an IDA/MFDA broker/dealer back office in 2002. He later became the Managing Director of International Client Services for IFDS, a post he held until 2006. At Potentia, he has led major projects in each of its market segments including a 210-ton geothermal system for the new Toronto South Detention Centre; a district energy plant for three multi-unit residential buildings in Toronto; and a 100 kilowatt rooftop solar PV system, the first of twenty rooftop installations totaling 3.5 megawatts for the Conundrum Commercial Property portfolio. Mr. Etherington holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Engineering Physics from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and a M.Sc. from the University of London in England.
